Dräger’s X-plore Gas Cartridge OV/AG/HF/FM/CD/AM/MA/HS provides multi gas respiratory protection against a wide range of gases including Organic Vapors, Chlorine, Hydrogen Chloride, Sulfur Dioxide, Chlorine Dioxide, Hydrogen Fluoride, Formaldehyde, Ammonia, Methylamine, Hydrogen Sulfide (OV/AG/HF/FM/CD/AM/MA/HS). The charcoal housing of the cartridges is designed to absorb these gases from the surrounding air when inhaled, ensuring quality and safety for the user.

With a twin filter system allowing for side positioning, the filters offer an excellent field of vision. Bayonet-type connection ensures easy and safe assembly of the filters. These filters are compatible with the Dräger X-plore 5500 Full-Face Respirator Mask, as well as the Dräger X-plore 3300 & 3500 Half-Face Respirator Masks. Each use of a respirator mask requires 2 filters.

Each box contains 20 NIOSH-approved Gas Filters OV/AG/HF/FM/CD/AM/MA/HS, vacuum-packed in sets of 2 (2x10). The X-plore filters protect against organic vapors, acid gas, hydrogen fluoride, formaldehyde, carbon dioxide, ammonia, methylamine, and hydrogen sulfide, with a shelf life of at least 4 years when packed.

The gas cartridges protect against a wide range of substances, including organic vapors, acid gas, paints, pesticides, and gases, making them suitable for use in chemical applications, laboratory work, and the gas industry. The filters come with a color coding system, and require changing when breathing resistance becomes too great, or when an unpleasant taste is detected.

Dräger’s bayonet filters are certified according to the NIOSH 42 CFR 84 standard, and should be disposed of as hazardous waste in accordance with local waste disposal regulations.
