Product Description X-plore Pure P100 particle filter Technology for Life Dräger is a leading international company in the fields of medical and safety technology from Germany. Filter class Pure P100 P100 filters protect against oil and solid particulates and filter out 99.97% of the particles from the ambient air. Oil-proof (marking "P"), so can be reused in atmospheres containing oil. The filters have a shelf life of at least four years when packed.

*The table shows you the color coding of the filters according to NIOSH 42 CFR 84 standard - this helps you to determine which filter type is required for the pollutants you are dealing with. The Pure P100 filter protects against: Dust, pulp, gypsum, cement dust, limestone, rust, putty, iron dust, flour dust, granite, silicone, stone and concrete dust, wood, water/powder-based paints and varnishes, glass and mineral fibres, water-based pesticides, steel dust (high-alloy). Fields of application: Ideal for work in dusty environments such as: Construction work, sweeping, sanding, grinding, cutting, mixing, drilling, cleaning, demolition, mould removal, decorating work, etc.

Previous page Step 1 Attach both bayonet filters to the mask according to the arrows shown.

Step 2 Pull the head strap all the way through until the buckle rest against the cap of the half mask.

Step 3 Put the head straps around your neck.

Step 4 Position the mask over your mouth and nose and the head straps to the back of your head.

Step 5 Tighten the ends of the straps until the half mask fits comfortably and tightly against your face.

Are the filters reusable? The filter is reusable but you still have to change the filters on the respirator when the breathing resistance becomes noticeably greater and the filter can therefore no longer be used. You can then of course purchase a new filter.

When do I have to change the filter? You should change the filters as soon as you feel an unpleasant taste in your mouth (gas filter is nearing its end) or as soon as the breathing resistance becomes too great (particle filter is full).

Which certificates do the bayonet filters have? All Dräger bayonet filters are certified according to NIOSH 42 CFR 84 standard.

How should the filters be disposed of? Dispose of breathing filters as hazardous waste in accordance with the applicable local waste disposal regulations.

How are the filters packaged? The filters are vacuum packed in pairs.
